In order to make sure your order gets to you safely and on time LeKtroniX has a number of logistic partners. Learn more about shipping methods and costs, delivery times, tracking your shipment and more.

Shipping Methods

FedEx
Our preferred logistics partner for shipping throughout the world is FedEx. Their international network offers time-definite delivery options to more than 200 countries and territories. For full details of which services are available in which countries please visit the FedEx website.

Using Your Own Carrier
Alternatively you can arrange your own shipping. Simply tell us your account details and the service level you require and we will do the rest. Please contact our sales team if you have any questions.

Under no circumstances do we accept responsibility/liability for goods lost or damaged etc. whilst in transit if you choose your own carrier. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and their carrier to resolve any issues directly with each other.

Alternative Carriers
LeKtroniX may sometimes use alternative carriers for logistical or operational reasons usually in relation to the size/weight or destination of your order.

Delivery Time

We will advise you of delivery time upon receipt of your order.

Shipping Costs

There are various FedEx shipping options available to each country. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed on your quote.

If you arrange your own shipping then LeKtroniX may charge a nominal fee for packing and handling. For more information please contact our sales team.

Under no circumstances do LeKtroniX accept responsibility/liability for local taxes and/or customs duties that may be payable upon delivery. It is the Purchasers responsibility to ensure that they comply with these requirements.

Track Shipments

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier's name and a tracking number, if available. You can also view this information by logging in to My Account. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.
